How to order
Buying a watch should feel considered, not rushed. Here's exactly what happens from the moment a piece catches your eye to the moment it arrives on your wrist.

Browse and choose your piece
Take your time on the product page — every listing details the reference, condition, year (where known), and what's included in the box. If you need extra photos, the original papers, or a video of the movement running, just message us before placing the order and we'll send them through.

Add to cart and check out
When you're ready, add the watch to your cart and proceed to checkout. We collect your shipping address, contact details, and a preferred payment method. No payment is taken at this stage — checkout creates a pending order so we can hold the piece for you.

Order confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately with your order summary. Within a few business hours, a specialist will reach out personally to confirm availability, answer any final questions, and walk you through the next step.

Secure payment
We send a secure payment link or bank wire instructions, depending on the method you chose. Wire transfer is preferred for higher-value pieces and is sometimes eligible for a small discount. Funds typically clear same-day for cards and within 1–2 business days for wires.

Final inspection and dispatch
Once payment is confirmed, the watch goes through a final multi-point inspection by our in-house watchmakers — timing, water resistance where applicable, and full cosmetic check. We then ship fully insured via FedEx Priority with signature on delivery, and send you the tracking number the moment it leaves the workshop.

Delivery and your inspection period
Domestic deliveries arrive next-day; international orders are typically 2–5 business days. From the moment you receive the watch, you have a 30-day return window — if anything is not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a return at our cost.
